                HOW TO STOP PROCRASTINATING

Hi Everyone! how its going?  It's Hema here today, and today we are talking about the very important subject, How to stop procrastinating.So we all know procrastination is some kind of resistance ,the action of delaying or postponing something.every time you want to do good to yourself it may be eating healthy or to start workout or to study or to get to work or to start a business or to be in a good relationship ,whatever it is , mean when we are trying to do any thing good and we know that this is good for us but the procrastination or the laziness or the resistance kicks in.

But the good news is you are not the only person to have this, cause sometimes we just think - Oh My God ! its just me, i am such a lazy person! such a procrastinator , You are NOT, okay! Every single person in this planet  face these kind of resistance . you can ask your friends , your family, everyone has this voice in there head that "you can do it later, you just go and check your Facebook, or watch some videos, or play game, you can do it tomorrow,you can start eating healthy by Monday ,today just indulgent to this yummy pizza or chocolate. Lets sleep for few more hours, i will start working out by next month surely. this kind of thoughts cooks on our mind.

  • The difference b/w the successful person and not so successful person is just that they (successful) don't listen to that voice.
  • So, you have to think that -Are you the boss or that voice is the boss?
  • we make excuses , not to do work cause that voice in our head is leading us.
  • We have to lead that voice cause we are boss of our own.
  • The less you listen to it the quieter the voice becomes.
  • I give you example of mine, sometimes i thought - okay ! i will do my work, i open the computer, but after one hour i realize that i wasted my an hour , scrolling the Facebook page, going through my friends pics n all. 
  • That time I have only two choices, either to continue my that thing or the moment i realize that i wasted my time and i back to work.
  • So sometimes its easy and sometimes its tough,let me gave you example of mine, i workout 3-4 times a week. so sometimes i was like" o i am so excited, i will do this for 1 hour or so "or feel so energetic but sometimes i feel " You can skip today ,its okay ! the voice in my head leading me that time.my mind is creating stupid excuses like, ohh i forgot that i have pain in my back, or like i woke up late today, tomorrow i will wake up early to do this or many more,That time its tough .
  • But That time I was like "NO" , i will do it today itself cause after doing that I will feel amazing.
  • So i just kind of push myself against that voice that is saying that you can't do this today,you are lazy or stuff like that bla bla bla but i still gonna do it . and to that voice , I was like, I CAN and you will see it.
  •  So you have to try a little, doesn't matter how good you are at doing things, the only thing that matter is -Either you listen to that voice of laziness or procrastination or do your work or even start doing something.That will make you feel awesome. 
  • So you have to start from little, cause as we all know " Procrastination is the Thief of Time".
  • Keep smiling , its suits you.
